To make you think of love,
The flowers smell so beautiful,
And rice falls from above.

Weddings inspire us - that's just a fact. Even the biggest cynics that we know usually enjoy a wedding and can't help smiling when they see the happy couple swirling around the dance floor together. There's just something about the beginning of a marriage that is so fresh and beautiful! It symbolizes all that is amazing and wonderful about lasting love and commitment.
At my wedding, I remember that every time I looked around, I would see people smiling in my direction. I felt so happy, and I know that my happiness was obvious to everyone around me. I think the happiness of a bride and groom practically lights up the room! The smiling guests at my wedding only made my own sense of contentment more complete.
This poem talks about very general things, and could be used for many purposes. It could be included with wedding invitations, given to wedding shower guests or attached to a wedding favor at the wedding itself.
