Wedding Ceremony Verses
Wedding ceremony verses can be absolutely charming and you can use them for so many different things!
Special Way
The bride and groom both look so nice,
For it's their wedding day,
And for the ceremony,
They have lovely words to say.
They each will pledge their faithful love,
And then exchange two rings,
Then they'll kiss and celebrate,
The happiness love brings.
A wedding is a lovely thing,
And on that happy day,
The newlyweds now share their joy,
In such a special way!

My friend Michelle is getting married in a few months, and she is so excited about her wedding. She is planning a very traditional ceremony, complete with a ring bearer and a flower girl, and she is even working with a wedding planner to make sure that every single detail of her wedding is planned and accounted for!
I can't even tell you how many bridal stores we've visited, or how many different wedding cakes we've seen while flipping through catalog books at bakeries. She wants everything to be perfect; she wants to have the wedding she's always dreamed about!
Of course, you can plan all the details of a wedding and of the ceremony itself, but once all the planning is done, you just have to sit back and enjoy yourself! So much planning goes into a single event, but if you don't enjoy the wedding, then what is the point of all the planning? I try to gently remind Michelle of this when she starts feeling a little stressed.
I think I will copy this poem onto some nice card stock paper and make a little greeting card for her. I know that she always appreciates things like that, and I think this is a lovely poem that beautifully illustrates the traditional aspects of a wedding ceremony.
If you are looking for wedding ceremony verses like these, don't hesitate to print out this poem and share it with your friends and family!
