Poetry Wedding Anniversary
Why not make your friend or family member's upcoming anniversary a poetry wedding anniversary? This poem is a sweet rhyming poem for a romantic couple.
Blessed
You two deserve to celebrate,
I hope that you won't hesitate,
For it's your anniversary,
And that's as special as can be!
Perhaps you can out and dance,
And both exchange a loving glance,
While twirling all about the floor,
Each with the one that you adore.
I hope that you will both have fun,
And celebrate, just one on one,
I wish you all the very best,
And think that you are very blessed

Everyone knows one of those dashing couples - the kind who are always out and about, doing fun things together. Maybe they're salsa dancing on a Wednesday night, or maybe they're out trying new restaurants. Perhaps they're organizing neighborhood parties, or vacationing every summer in a new place.
I have friends like this, and it always amazes me how active they are! My family has been known to dine out once in a while or check out an entertainment venue, but we're more of the stay-at-home types. We like it that way, but it's so fun to hear about the adventures of our more outgoing friends.
This poem would be perfect for a couple like that! It captures the sense of activity and motion, of excitement and happiness that such couples share. It's not always easy to find a way to express congratulations for people who might be different from ourselves, but this poem makes that easy. It makes setting up a poetry wedding anniversary so simple - just print it out or write it down, and attach it to a gift or card!
